Be Prepared!

Bring suitable clothing for walking, hiking boots, waterproof clothing and layers

Comfortable casual clothes for yoga and stretching and if you have a yoga mat please bring it with you

You are welcome to bring any items you think might be of benefit to you over the 3 days

A notebook and pen

Towels
Toiletries
