What's brought me here...

I think that after a lot of years of reading, studying, and trying out different things from massage, yoga training, psychology and science, and more recently hypnotherapy, I am generally led back to the same ideas and principles. They tend to be the simple ones, the ones that don’t try to fix you or bend you into something you’re not. That happiness can be the starting point, not at the end of achieving whatever it is you want to achieve. That your life isn’t a mountain to be conquered, but something to be curious about, to explore and marvel at. And good questions that help with that, like” How can I make today a bit easier, a bit more fun? How can I be a bit kinder to myself?”

And there is now mounting evidence about how to make lasting changes to happiness that are within your control - simple skills that can be learned!
 
I really look forward to slowing down a notch with you, helping you find out what you really want (not always the logical next step!), how to be happier, and how to do that the easier and more satisfying way....
